
A wholesale-friendly snack mix with roasted nuts, dried fruit, and a hint of fruit-bar crumble for bright, grab-and-go bites.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Whole roasted almonds (bulk)
- 2 cups Pecans, halves (bulk)
- 1 cup Cashews (optional) (bulk discard if tree-nut allergy apply)
- 1.5 cups Dried cranberries (bulk)
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional crunch)
- 1 tsp Sea salt (lightly toasted)
- 2 tbsp Pure maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 bar That'S It Apple Mango Fruit 1.2 Oz Bar (crumble into powder for flavor)
- 1 bar That'S It Apple And Pineapple Fruit Bar 1.2 Oz (crumble into powder for flavor)
- 1 bar That'S It Apple Coconut Fruit 1.2 Oz Bar (crumble into powder for flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Toast almonds and pecans on the sheet pan 8–10 minutes, stirring once, until fragrant. (10 min)
- Remove from oven; let cool 5 minutes. Return to sheet and toss with dried cranberries, sesame seeds, salt, and maple syrup. (10 min)
- Crumble the three That'S It bars into a fine powder and sprinkle over the nut mixture.
- Mix until well coated. Return to oven and bake 5–7 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning. (7 min)
- Cool completely on a wire rack. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
