At BoxNCase, we take utmost care in securely packaging and shipping fragile items, such as glass bottles. However, it's important to note that once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., FedEx), we no longer have direct control over its handling and delivery.

Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any damage to property, personal injuries, or bodily harm that may occur during the handling or unboxing of fragile items. It is the customer's responsibility to handle packages with care and take necessary precautions while unpacking them.

We recommend customers exercise caution and follow appropriate safety measures when handling fragile items to minimize any potential risks. By placing an order with BoxNCase, customers acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.
