Amedei Italian Gianduja Chocolate Couverture Bar, 1 kg

Amedei’s Gianduja Chocolate Couverture Bar is an embodiment of Italian confectionery heritage, crafted in Tuscany with a devotion to tradition and quality. This 1 kg bar is a celebration of the renowned Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, meticulously roasted and blended into a silky paste before being folded into premium cocoa and cane sugar. The result is a sophisticated chocolate couverture with a gentle, nutty aroma and a rich, creamy texture that melts beautifully on the palate.

The sensory experience of this gianduja is one of balance and refinement. Each bite unveils layers of toasted hazelnuts and almonds, harmonized with the subtle sweetness of milk chocolate and the depth of cocoa butter. Designed for professional and home pastry chefs alike, this couverture is ideal for tempering, molding, or enrobing, and lends an unmistakable Italian character to desserts, bonbons, and pastries. Its smooth consistency makes it equally delightful for shaving over gelato or stirring into a decadent hot chocolate.

For an elevated serving suggestion, pair the gianduja with freshly baked brioche or use it to create a refined chocolate-hazelnut tart. It also complements espresso or dessert wines, making it a distinguished addition to any dessert table or gourmet gift basket. Experience the artistry and tradition of Tuscan chocolate-making with every taste of this Amedei creation.
