Bellwether Farms Whole Milk Ricotta Basket 12 Oz

Nestled in the verdant hills of Northern California, Bellwether Farms Whole Milk Ricotta Basket embodies the essence of artisanal dairy craftsmanship. This exquisite ricotta begins its journey with the rich, whole Jersey cow milk sourced from local family farms, where cows graze on lush pastures, infusing the milk with unparalleled flavor. Each batch is lovingly cultured and heated in small kettles, a meticulous process that allows the curds to form into a luxuriously creamy texture. Sold in its original draining basket, this ricotta is as visually captivating as it is sumptuous, inviting you to experience its cloud-like softness.

With a delicate, pillowy consistency and a flavor profile that dances between subtly sweet and pleasantly tangy, Bellwether Farms Whole Milk Ricotta is a versatile culinary gem. Envision drizzling it with fragrant herbs or local honey, or incorporating it into a decadent lasagna or a rich cheesecake. Its velvety texture pairs seamlessly with vibrant seasonal fruits, transforming an everyday dessert into a refined indulgence. For an exceptional evening, serve alongside a chilled glass of Pinot Grigio or a refreshing Pilsner, allowing the wine’s crisp notes to enhance the ricotta’s inherent creaminess.

Renowned within the culinary community, Bellwether Farms has garnered accolades such as the Bronze Medal at CalExpo and recognition from the American Cheese Society. Each spoonful of their Whole Milk Ricotta Basket is not just a taste experience; it is a celebration of heritage, craftsmanship, and the rich terroir of California.
