Calabro Cheese Hand Dipped Ricotta, 3 lb

Calabro Cheese brings generations of Italian cheesemaking expertise to your kitchen with this hand dipped ricotta, crafted in the United States from pasteurized whole milk. The process of hand dipping yields a delicate, pillowy texture that stands apart from mass-produced varieties, offering a rich, milky flavor and a subtle sweetness that elevates both classic and contemporary dishes. Each batch is made with care to preserve the traditional character of authentic ricotta, making it a staple for cooks who value quality and heritage.

This ricotta is exceptionally smooth and moist, ideal for both savory and sweet preparations. Its creamy mouthfeel and mild profile make it the ideal filling for lasagna, manicotti, and stuffed shells, or as a luxurious addition to pancakes and baked goods. Spread it over toasted bread with a drizzle of honey, or fold it into whipped desserts for a touch of indulgence. The hand dipped method ensures a consistency that blends seamlessly into recipes, while still holding its own when served simply with fresh fruit or a sprinkle of sea salt.

For a memorable antipasto, try serving Calabro Cheese ricotta with roasted vegetables, a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and crusty bread. This ricotta’s versatility and artisanal quality make it a must-have for anyone passionate about Italian cuisine or seeking to add a touch of refinement to their table.
