A cheese handcrafted on farms in Menorca, it is obtained from raw cow's milk from Meloussa's farm. During the final stage of production, the pieces rest in our own maturing cellars for over 10 months. With a firm and very crumbly texture, the predominant flavor is a highly evolved buttery milky flavor, with nuances of the aging cellar and olive oil, lasting long in the mouth.
