Dix Farms brings a chef-driven approach to the world of frozen produce, offering sliced carrots that are carefully selected and flash-frozen at peak ripeness to preserve their vibrant color, natural sweetness, and crisp texture. Sourced with an eye for exceptional flavor, these carrots are a versatile foundation for both home cooks and professional kitchens seeking premium ingredients that elevate every dish. The 24-pound bulk packaging is ideal for foodservice, catering, or anyone who values both quality and convenience in the kitchen.

Each slice of carrot maintains its integrity through freezing, offering a satisfying bite and a burst of garden-fresh taste in every mouthful. Their even cut ensures consistent cooking, whether you choose to roast, sauté, steam, or simmer them into soups and stews. The natural sweetness of these carrots shines in both savory and lightly sweetened preparations, making them a go-to choice for everything from classic glazed carrots to hearty vegetable medleys.

For a simple yet refined side, try gently steaming the frozen sliced carrots and tossing them with a touch of olive oil, fresh herbs, and a sprinkle of sea salt. Their bright flavor pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, grilled fish, or as an accent in grain bowls and salads. With Dix Farms Frozen Sliced Carrots, you have a versatile ingredient that brings a taste of peak-season produce to your table year-round.
