Dix Farms Lemongrass, 30-40 lb

Dix Farms Lemongrass is a chef-driven selection sourced for those who seek the vibrant, citrusy complexity that only truly fresh lemongrass can provide. Grown and harvested with a focus on flavor and aromatic intensity, this bushel delivers a substantial 30-40 pounds of lush, green stalks, ideal for professional kitchens or passionate home cooks looking to elevate their repertoire. Lemongrass is prized in Southeast Asian cuisine for its ability to impart a bright, lemony fragrance and subtle herbal undertones, making it a staple in Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian dishes.

When you begin to work with Dix Farms Lemongrass, you'll notice its firm, pale stalks and grassy aroma that hints at both lemon zest and ginger. Slice or bruise the stalks to release their essential oils, infusing curries, soups, and marinades with an unmistakable freshness. Lemongrass is equally at home in savory broths as it is in sweet syrups and teas, offering versatility for both culinary and beverage applications. The generous bushel size ensures you have plenty on hand for batch cooking, infusions, or even decorative garnishes.

For an inspiring pairing, simmer sliced Dix Farms Lemongrass with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, and chilies to create a fragrant base for classic tom kha soup. Alternatively, steep it in hot water with honey for a soothing herbal tea, or use it to flavor grilled seafood for a refreshing twist. Its bold aroma and taste will transport your senses, making every dish a vibrant experience.
