A favorite to demo as we can talk people through the layers, "On the front you taste chocolate, now the sweet berries envelope your taste buds, and lastly the slow climb of heat in the back of your throat!" Our Flamin’ Raspberry Preserve is semi-seedless and made with ripest raspberries, Habanero peppers and dark chocolate. We call it “Flamin’ because it has a delayed heat! Fabulous served with goat cheese or on braised short ribs. A great one in the base of salad dressing.
RASPBERRIES, CANE SUGAR, LEMON JUICE, COCOA POWDER, PURE VANILLA PASTE, HABANEROS, PECTIN, SEA SALT.
