Excellence Fromager D Affinois Triple Cream Excellence Mini Wheel 6.5 Oz

From the picturesque landscapes of France's Rhône-Alpes region, the Excellence Fromager D'Affinois Triple Cream Excellence Mini Wheel is a testament to artisanal cheese-making. Crafted with a meticulous attention to detail by the esteemed Guilloteau dairy, this exquisite cheese is a labor of love that reflects both tradition and innovation. Since its inception in 1981 by Jean-Claude Guilloteau, the dairy has dedicated itself to producing soft cheeses that celebrate the rich heritage of French gastronomy.

As you unwrap the smooth, creamy wheel, you are greeted by a near-whipped texture that promises an indulgent experience. The delicate white rind encases a luxurious interior that melts effortlessly on the palate, revealing a buttery richness that is both tangy and sweet. Each bite is a harmonious balance of flavors, elevated by the ultrafiltration process that preserves the milk's natural nutrients while enhancing its creamy profile. This exceptional technique ensures that the Excellence Fromager D'Affinois stands apart, boasting higher levels of protein and phosphorus compared to typical soft cheeses.

Ideal for intimate gatherings or refined soirées, this triple cream cheese pairs beautifully with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc or a rich, fruity Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Elevate your cheese board by adding seasonal fruits, artisanal crackers, and a drizzle of honey to complement its smoothness. With its distinctive character and masterful craftsmanship, the Excellence Fromager D'Affinois Triple Cream Excellence Mini Wheel invites you to savor a piece of French heritage, one exquisite bite at a time.
