Gentile Organic Tubetti Rigate Pasta

Gentile Organic Tubetti Rigate Pasta is a celebration of Italian tradition and craftsmanship, hailing from the heart of Italy where pasta-making is an art form. Produced using strictly Italian-grown semolina wheat, including the renowned Senatore Capelli variety, this pasta stands out for its exceptional quality and golden hue. The dough is extruded through bronze dies, resulting in a rustic, porous surface reminiscent of homemade pasta. This unique texture allows the Tubetti Rigate to capture and cradle sauces beautifully, while the low-temperature 'cirillo' drying method preserves the wheat's natural aroma and flavor.

The short, ribbed tubes of Tubetti Rigate are ideally suited for brothy soups, hearty minestrone, or even creamy sauces. Their compact size and ridged surface make them a versatile addition to your gourmet pantry, ensuring each bite is infused with the essence of carefully selected durum wheat. When cooked to al dente, the pasta maintains a pleasing bite and structure, elevating both simple and complex dishes alike.

For an authentic Italian experience, try Gentile Organic Tubetti Rigate in a classic pasta e fagioli or pair it with a rustic tomato and basil sauce. Its adaptability also makes it a delightful base for baked casseroles or chilled pasta salads, allowing the true character of the pasta to shine through. Enjoy the artistry and heritage of Italian pasta-making with every serving.
