This young cheese unfurls with an elegant balance of flavors, evoking the subtle earthiness of freshly harvested mushrooms and the creamy richness reminiscent of cultured butter. Aged to perfection over a span of 4 to 6 weeks, the complexity of Snow Camp deepens with time, promising an exquisite experience with each tasting.
