Nodine's is a family-run company that started out as a small, custom smokehouse in Goshen, CT in 1969. Today they are a state-of-the-art facility using the best cures to slowly and expertly smoke a variety of meats with a blend of hickory and hardwoods. The sweet/smoky flavor of applewood bacon is delicious crumbled in a salad made with sliced avocado, sliced red onion, baby arugula, grape tomatoes and shaved Pecorino Romano.
