The Ronnybrook family has been in business for over 70 years, operating in the Hudson Valley of New York. Ronnybrook's European-style butter is churned in small batches. It is rich and creamy with a butterfat content of about 85%. The high butterfat is attained by removing as much of the moisture as possible. This butter style is is preferred by chefs because of the resulting higher flash point (smoking point).
