Taleggio Ca De Ambros DOP

Nestled in the lush valleys of Lombardia, the Taleggio Ca De Ambros DOP embodies centuries of Italian cheesemaking tradition, drawing upon the region’s rich agricultural heritage. Renowned for its distinctive character, this artisanal cheese is crafted from the milk of free-grazing cows that roam the verdant pastures, feeding on a diverse diet of wild grasses and aromatic herbs. The result is an exceptional cheese that reflects the terroir of its origin, making each bite a journey into the heart of Italy.

The Taleggio Ca De Ambros DOP is an exquisite balance of flavors and textures. With a creamy, slightly tangy profile, its semi-soft texture boasts a luxurious melt in the mouth, revealing layers of complex, earthy notes. This distinctive cheese is an ideal complement to a variety of culinary endeavors—whether melted over a risotto, paired with ripe figs and honey, or served on a charcuterie board alongside artisanal cured meats.
