Van Tricht OG Kristal Wheel 20 Lb

Nestled in the picturesque region of West Flanders, Belgium, the Van Tricht OG Kristal Wheel is a testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and time-honored traditions that define artisanal cheese-making. Hailing from the esteemed Kaasboerderij T Groendal, this exceptional cheese is produced in the classic Gouda style, where the curds are gently washed in warm water—a technique that not only facilitates whey expulsion but also cultivates a naturally sweeter flavor profile. With an aging process that spans 18 months, the OG Kristal evolves into a complex masterpiece, revealing well-formed crystals that delight the palate with an unexpected, candy-like pop.

Its inviting golden hue, adorned with shimmering crystals, beckons you to indulge in its sumptuous texture, making it a captivating centerpiece for any sophisticated gathering.

For an elevated culinary experience, consider pairing the OG Kristal with a robust red wine, allowing the cheese's intricate flavors to complement the wine's depth. Alternatively, serve it alongside artisanal crackers and fresh fruits, creating a harmonious balance that will surely impress your guests. The Van Tricht OG Kristal Wheel is not merely a cheese; it is an invitation to explore the rich heritage and unparalleled craftsmanship of Belgian cheesemaking, making each moment of indulgence truly extraordinary.
