
Glossy chocolate bark studded with caramel, berries & blueberries for a upscale café snack.

Ingredients
- 5 lb Dark chocolate (bulk chips or couverture) (bulk wholesale dark chocolate e.g., chips or blocks, melted for bark)
- 1 box Terry's Chocolate Caramel pieces (roughly 5.11 oz box, chopped into small bits per batch)
- 1 bag Marich Dark Chocolate Blueberries (2.1 oz bag, chopped if desired for more even distribution)
- 1 bag Marich Chocolate Berryblues (use whole or chop coarsely to distribute color and texture)
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin coconut oil (to smooth and thin chocolate if needed)
Instructions
- Line sheet pans with parchment. Set aside.
- Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Stir in coconut oil to thin to a glaze-like consistency. (6 min)
- Stir in chopped Terry’s Caramel pieces and Marich Dark Chocolate Blueberries just until coated.
- Pour chocolate onto prepared pans and spread to a thin, even layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Sprinkle Marich Chocolate Berryblues across the surface for color and texture. Lightly press to set into bark.
- Chill in refrigerator until firm (15–20 minutes). Break into irregular shards and store in airtight containers. (15 min)
