Prep 20 min · Cook 10 min · Total 30 min · Serves 24 · Beginner

Ingredients

  • 5 lb Dark chocolate (bulk chips or couverture) (bulk wholesale dark chocolate e.g., chips or blocks, melted for bark)
  • 1 box Terry's Chocolate Caramel pieces (roughly 5.11 oz box, chopped into small bits per batch)
  • 1 bag Marich Dark Chocolate Blueberries (2.1 oz bag, chopped if desired for more even distribution)
  • 1 bag Marich Chocolate Berryblues (use whole or chop coarsely to distribute color and texture)
  • 2 tbsp Extra-virgin coconut oil (to smooth and thin chocolate if needed)

Instructions

  1. Line sheet pans with parchment. Set aside.
  2. Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler until smooth. Stir in coconut oil to thin to a glaze-like consistency. (6 min)
  3. Stir in chopped Terry’s Caramel pieces and Marich Dark Chocolate Blueberries just until coated.
  4. Pour chocolate onto prepared pans and spread to a thin, even layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
  5. Sprinkle Marich Chocolate Berryblues across the surface for color and texture. Lightly press to set into bark.
  6. Chill in refrigerator until firm (15–20 minutes). Break into irregular shards and store in airtight containers. (15 min)
