
Crisp cracker cups filled with whipped herbed cheese for a crowd-pleasing, budget-friendly snack.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened (full-fat for best flavor)
- 1 cup Sour cream (light or regular)
- 3 tbsp Fresh chives, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 1 bag Mustache Munchies Parmesan Rosemary Crackers (4 oz pouch - 8ct case (BoxNCase product))
- 1 box Pretzelized Honey Mustard Pretzel Crackers (6.5 oz box (BoxNCase product))
- 1 box Schar Gluten Free Table Crackers (7.4 oz (BoxNCase product))
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease mini muffin tin. (5 min)
- Place one Mustache Munchies Parmesan Rosemary Cracker in each mini muffin cup, pressing to form a cup-shaped base. (5 min)
- Bake 5–7 minutes until crackers are just tinged with golden color. Remove and cool slightly. (7 min)
- Whip cream cheese, sour cream, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and fluffy. (6 min)
- Spoon or pipe a generous teaspoon of cheese filling into each cracker cup. (4 min)
- Garnish with a tiny herb or a small piece of Pretzelized Honey Mustard Pretzel Cracker as a topping if desired.
- Arrange a mix of Schar Gluten Free Table Crackers and the extra cracker variety on a platter for texture contrast.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
