
Bulk-friendly tomato sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, paprika, and a hint of Dirty Martini mix for depth.

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Mahjoub Tomato Spicy Sun Dri 185G (Chopped sun-dried tomatoes from the 185G pack to boost tomato-rich flavor)
- 28 oz Canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons Watkins Organic Paprika (2.9 oz shaker)
- 1 packet Dirty Martini Sauce Mix 12.7oz 6ct (Adds savory depth; use the packet contents)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
Instructions
- Sauté onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent, about 4-5 minutes. (5 min)
- Add garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant. (1 min)
- Stir in chopped Mahjoub Tomato Spicy Sun Dri and paprika; cook 2 minutes. (2 min)
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and 1 cup water later if needed; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Dirty Martini Sauce Mix and dried basil; simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. (15 min)
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes; adjust thickness with water if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; keep warm for service.
