
Creamy cheese spread sandwiched between spicy and pretzel crackers for a fast, shareable snack. Built for bulk prep and easy service Eddy-style bites.

Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened (philly-style block)
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1 pkg Mustache Munchies Spicyish Crackers (4 oz pouch - 8 count case; base cracker for bites)
- 1 pkg Pretzelized Sea Salt Pretzel Crackers (6.5 oz box; top cracker for bites)
- 1 pkg Pretzelized Honey Mustard Pretzel Crackers (6.5 oz box; second cracker for bites)
- 1 tbsp Chives, finely chopped (garnish (optional))
- 24 count Toothpicks
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Lay out Mustache Munchies Spicyish Crackers on a tray. Place about 1 teaspoon of cheese mix onto each base cracker.
- Top each cheese-covered cracker with a Pretzelized Sea Salt Pretzel Cracker, then press gently to sandwich. If needed, secure with a toothpick.
- Repeat to assemble 24 bites total, using the Sea Salt crackers as the top layer and the Honey Mustard pretzel crackers as alternating tops for variety.
- Chill bites 10–15 minutes to set, then garnish with finely chopped chives if desired. (15 min)
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
