(10 min) In a large mixing bowl, combine almonds, cashews, and pecans. In a small saucepan, heat honey over low heat and stir in cayenne pepper, salt, and cinnamon until well mixed. Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and toss to coat evenly. Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
