Made with only two ingredients, artichokes and EVOO, this culinary standout contains 30% more natural sugar than other artichokes due to the variety (Tudela) and growing conditions. Further, these artichokes are hand-peeled and do not contain hard-to-eat, fibrous outer leaves.
