We then mix the pitted olives with two beloved Greek cheeses: crumbly, milky Feta and salty, grated Myzithra. We then bathe the olive and cheese mixture in a marinade of oil, herbs and spices, luscious sun-dried tomatoes and tangy pepperoncini.
