Producer Central Quesera Montesinos is an expert in goat's milk cheese, and we have partnered with them for many years on such cheeses as The Drunken Goat®, Caña de Cabra, and Pimentino. The Naked Goat® is mild with a sweet finish, making it an ideal introduction to goat cheese. It is also perfect for melting.
