Mitica Naked Goat Cheese Wheel 5 Lb

Discover the exquisite essence of Spanish craftsmanship with the Mitica Naked Goat Cheese Wheel. Hailing from the sun-drenched hills of Jumilla, this exceptional cheese is born from the rich, creamy milk of the Murciana goat, a breed renowned for its higher fat and protein content. As one of Spain's foremost producers, Central Quesera Montesinos has perfected the art of goat cheese, marrying traditional methods with a deep respect for the land and its heritage, ensuring that each wheel embodies the soul of its origin.

The Naked Goat Cheese presents a striking appearance, featuring a smooth, pale yellow rind that hints at the delightful experience within. This masterfully crafted wheel offers a harmonious balance, making it an ideal introduction for those new to goat cheese while also satisfying the most discerning connoisseurs.
