Moody Blue® Wheel Cheese 6 lb

Moody Blue® Wheel Cheese (6 lb) is a rich and creamy blue cheese made from fresh, local Wisconsin milk. Crafted by Roth Kase, this cheese is delicately smoked over fruit wood, imparting subtle smoky flavors alongside hints of roasted nuts and coffee. Its texture is semi-soft with a natural rind, making it a delightful addition to cheese platters or various culinary applications.

This cheese offers a beautifully balanced flavor profile—sultry and seductive—which pairs well with accompaniments like plum compote, fresh pears, or even dark chocolate for dessert. For beverage pairings, it complements wines such as Cotes du Rhône and Zinfandel, as well as Stout and Belgian lambic beers.
