This is our answer to a 15” or 16” round – typical of what you would see throughout Rome. This Roman-Style Pizza Base is perfect for “by the slice” business. Great for venues, banquets, arenas, stadiums, universities, dining halls, etc. High-hydration dough creates a crispy, airy crust, ideal for toppings. Meticulous fermentation ensures an authentic Italian experience. Just thaw for 20-30 minutes, add your toppings, and bake in a 500-600 degree oven. Ovens vary – in many cases, it will take only 4-6 minutes.
