The name Waina comes from the word “vaina”, which
means “vanilla bean” in Spanish, and this aromatic note is certainly in evidence in this white couverture. Waina 35% is made from cocoa beans that have been carefully chosen by Valrhona’s experts and their local partners. Waina
belongs to the certified range and is made exclusively from the best organic and fair trade ingredients (certified by Fairtrade/
