Our #1 Fine Traditional Bulgur is the smallest grained bulgur we produce and much faster to cook than rice. Ideal for cold salad preparations like tabbouleh, our fine bulgur is also a wonderful filler for veggie burgers, meatballs and the traditional Levantine fried stuffed meatball dish known as kibbeh. Use fine bulgur to make a delicious warm breakfast cereal: cooked with warm milk, topped with dried or fresh fruit and nuts -‚ and sweetened with brown sugar or maple syrup.
