This cheese is made exclusively with the milk from their own sheeps, awarded as the best Manchego sheep farm in 2024 and also awarded in Expoviacam 2025 milk quality competition. Creamy and with a delightful blend of sweet and nutty notes.Without egg lysozyme, natamycin or pimaricin.
